ABOUT US
The Isle of Harris Watersports club was set up by the team at the Isle of Harris Marina so as to be able to offer safe and affordable access to watersports for families and kids in Harris as well as to visitors.
Fundraising started in 2021 and we are very grateful to all our supporters that made it possible to purchase the wide range of equipment needed to start the project and to fund a full time coach and development officer.

Our aim in 2023 is to provide regular sessions based here in Tarbert and the East Loch to engage as many people as possible in getting out on the water and trying their hand at paddle sports and enjoy our amazing natural environment.

IOHW will start off as a ‘club’ where members can then book sessions after completing their induction. Please use contact us via our online contact form or you can call on 07943 055 043. We have top of the range sea kayaks, paddle boards, sit on top kayaks and a Mega SUP . We also have wetsuits, helmets, dry jackets and buoyancy aids.
